Justin Bieber is only 16-years-old, but he seems to have already accomplished more than most people achieve in a lifetime.  Sweeping the record charts and making the heart of every pre-teen girl in the world flutter is just and everyday task for this teenage sensation.  As if his presence hasn’t been instilled enough in the atmosphere, Bieber is releasing his 3-D concert movie “Justin Bieber: Never Say Never” this weekend, which will probably conquer the box office to no one’s surprise.  If everything I said still sounds like psychobabble to you matured adults, here’s a little fact list to introduce to you the world’s first underaged dictator.  (Credits to blog.movies.yahoo for this quick list)

1. Bieber was born on March 1, 1994. He shares a birthday with composer Ke$ha, Roger Daltry, Frederic Chopin, Harry Belafonte, and Lorenzo de’Medici.

2. In 2007, Justin Bieber entered a talent show in his hometown of Stratford, Ontario, and came in second. When his mom posted his performance on YouTube, he got the attention of producer Scooter Braun. Soon fame and fortune followed. No word on what happened to the guy who actually won the talent show.

3. Justin Bieber’s music video “Baby” is the most viewed video on YouTube, clocking in, as of this writing, at 457, 701,649 views. That’s more than the population of the United States and Russia combined. At 914,000, it’s also the most “disliked” video on YouTube.

4. Justin Bieber’s net worth is about $65.5 million (and that’s bound to go up in the coming months). With that much money, he could buy approximately seven Faberge eggs, six 24-karat solid gold toilets, or a 29-year stay in the most expensive room at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas.

5. Justin’s signature hair style, which has been called The Swoop, The Shag, The Fringe, or simply, The Bieber, has inspired a generation of teenaged boys to obscure their eyes with their bangs.Vanessa Price, the stylist who invented his signature ‘do, claims that the teenaged pop star’s hair is “like silk.”

6. Justin Bieber reportedly uses up to 3% of Twitter’s traffic at any given moment. According to Klout.com, which measures these sorts of things, the Biebster has greater online influence than President Obama and the Dalai Lama.

8. Justin Bieber sells his own brand of nail polish for Nicole by OPI. The line, called the “One Less Lonely Girl” collection, was inspired by hits by the pop idol. Shades include Prized Possession Purple, Me + Blue, and Step 2 Beat of My Heart (which features heart-shaped glitter).

9. Bieber is reportedly terrified of elevators.

10. Justin Bieber currently stands at 5’ 3” tall. You would need 240,252 Justin Biebers stacked on top of each other to reach the moon. But it only takes one to reach the stars.

Britney is back, and to no one’s surprise, she’s already made the front page.  Her new single “Hold It Against Me” leaked earlier than expected and quickly started another

Another bygone music duo to bite onto the edge of Britney’s success and popularity is the Bellamy Brothers.  Howard and David Bellamy’s 1979 country hit “If I Said You Had a Beautiful Body” sings the words “If I said you had a beautiful body, would you hold it against me?”  The Bellamy Brother’s claim Spears plagiarized their lyrics in her new single with the line “If I said I want your body now, would you hold it against me.”

Howard Bellamy commented, “Hey, Brit, if I said you ripped off our song, would you hold it against me?” His brother David adds, “If you listen to the lyrics of Britney Spears’ new single, you’ll find some major similarities… She’s a talented gal. But professionally, well, in all honesty, we feel completely ripped off. Where’s the originality?”  Ironic how they think they’re exempted from their own accusations.  The Bellamy Brothers admitted to taking their famous line from Groucho Marx’s TV series in the 1950s “You Bet Your Life.”

So is this really plagiarism or just another group of oldies trying to make a comeback?  To give Britney some credit, at least she went and changed a few words.  What excuse do the Bellamy Brothers have for copying Groucho Marx pretty much word for word?  If anything, Britney is just “reusing” a famous line, something I’m sure almost all recording artists are familiar with.

No big deal.

People were shocked when they discovered that 30-year-old Jake Gyllenhaal and Taylor Swift (21) were dating (that’s a 9-year difference for those without a calculator), but it seems like the world has gone back to it’s usual course.  Sources have confirmed that their short romance has already come to an end.  The couple split right before New Year’s Eve.

An insider claims that Gyllenhaal couldn’t handle the publicity that comes with dating the country tween queen.  ”He said he wasn’t feeling it anymore and was uncomfortable with all the attention they got.  He also said he could feel the age difference. Taylor is really upset. We told her not to move so fast with this but she didn’t listen.”

Was it really a “deep” 2-month romance or just a couple of dates that the press decided to blow out of proportion… yet again?  Who cares.  These two will  probably find someone new to make the stands with in a month.

Can this be true? Can there really be a normal, down-to-earth family from the land of Hollyweird?

Jennifer Garner is seen having fun yet again with her adorable 21-month old daughter, Seraphina.  Big sister Violet was at a kids’ activity class and was later picked up by her daddy Ben Affleck.

It’s nice to know some celebrities genuinely raise their kids right without looking for a photop.
